When conventional communication is interrupted (such as fire, earthquake, or tsunami) and there is no mobile signal, the device equipped with the UPS power supply can maintain communication with the control center. The control center can also communicate with on-site personnel through text/voice communication and remote device control.

An intelligent navigation buoy monitoring system with built-in high-precision sensors based on short satellite messages and a mobile communication network for data transmission and buoy/beacon status monitoring. With a combination use of the AIS system, it can provide automatic identification and tracking of vessels and powerful data support for vessel navigation and flow analysis.

It is equipped with solar panels or other renewable energy systems to achieve power self-sufficiency. The independently developed design of the buoy system takes into account the adaptability of the harsh environment at sea and can work stably under extreme weather conditions.

Offshore wind turbine corrosion monitoring system

High-precision sensors are used to carry out online corrosion monitoring of the offshore wind turbines. By data analysis algorithms and large model systems, hidden trouble can be discovered beforehand, providing effective data support and theoretical basis for operations, and effectively reducing the failure rate and O&M costs.

FOWT motion monitoring system

Built-in motion sensors are used to monitor the motion state of the wind turbine foundation, floating body, tower cylinder, and vane, providing data support and theoretical basis for O&M of wind turbines, to detect faults and hidden dangers beforehand, reduce fault downtime, and lower O&M costs.

Features:

  • Sensors are used to monitor multiple indexes, such as load vibration, noise, temperature, etc. during the operation of vanes, and to detect whether structural damage exists in vanes and predict the remaining service time of the vanes as per feature extraction.

  • By installing multiple layers and quantities of sensors, load, vibration frequency, and tilt angle of the tower cylinder as a whole are monitored. Through sensor data analysis and evaluation at different positions, hidden faults are discovered beforehand to ensure that the tower cylinder (especially the offshore wind turbine) is in a healthy and stable operating state and that high maintenance costs are reduced.

  • GNSS inertial navigation sensor is used to collect the floating wind turbines' position information, motion data, track, orientation, and other data in real-time, and the software algorithm is used to analyze and evaluate.
