Addor Capital have followed up their A-round investment with additional investment in our A+ round. The firm’s knowledge and expertise have been invaluable since their initial investment and we appreciate their vote of confidence as we move into the next stage of our expansion.

Addor is joined in this round by Honest Capital, a Suzhou-based private equity firm managing a total of 5 funds with RMB 700 million AUM. Honest Capital’s team have several decades of experience and have led investment in more than 20 portfolio companies who achieved public listing.
本轮投资由敦行资本跟投，敦行资本总部位于苏州，旗下目前管理着5支基金，总规模约7亿元人民币。敦行资本团队拥有近20年的股权投资经验，主导投资的上市公司近20家。
The funds will be used to scale FLiDAR manufacturing, expand into the international market, and commercialize a promising new product line currently in the R&D phase. In the past 6 months our team has grown to over 30 talented engineers, technicians, and business professionals, a fleet of 17 FLiDARs with several more being deployed over the next few months, and the buoy for our Stage II validation campaign (against an IEC-compliant met mast) ready for deployment.
这些资金将用于扩大漂浮雷达产品的生产规模、进入国际市场，并使目前处于研发阶段的新产品商业化。在过去的6个月里，我们已经发展成一个拥有30多名优秀的工程师、技术人员和专业商务人员的团队。目前我们已投运的漂浮雷达设备已有17套，并且在接下来几个月内将部署多套设备，此外我们的国际二阶段(Stage2)认证测试设备（与IEC标准测风塔对比）已准备好在英国部署。
